Now wait a minute, Stu. A cell phone jammer sounds like just my kind of play toy, if it actually works. Dinner when at restaurants would instantly become more enjoyable.

A jammer works so much better than the off button. After all, the jammer will block the jerk's phone that's sitting at the next table and the restaurant can't figure of why carryout orders are not coming in...

Brian, COL:

One reason why I didn't delete the post :D....

But nothing to do with the thread, and the individual's first post - only about four minutes after joining.

Either incompetent in where he/she placed that message, or pure spam.

I'd really like one of those, too - the wife likes to call her mom while we're waiting for service at a local restaurant. I enjoy the view - a couple of the waitstaff - can't call 'em "waitresses" anymore - are seriously cute.

I think those things are illegal, too. Might sneak in by the "this device must accept any interference that occurs" rule, but I'm not sure.

Years ago I received a page in a restaurant and someone made a comment about needing a jammer. I told him I worked tech support for 911 systems, if I get paged it usually means someone can't call 911. How would you feel if your family couldn't call 911 because you jammed my page?

I see some improvements have been made, let's hope they keep coming!

And I know it isn't at all likely to happen, but please retain the services of a web designer with a strong background in UI / UX and graphic design and some up with a more visually appealing theme for this mess.

Your right, the site is not visually appealing. I was hoping for a 1960 corvette, but we got a 1971 ford pinto.

Exactly, color of law. I get it, they want to be different than "the other Ohio gun rights organization" so the red/black/shades of grey/shades of red thing is a way to stand out but this is just, as I said before, a visual mess. Take a look at http://www.xdtalk.com - they took that color scheme and made it work.

Are we ever going to be able (allowed) to switch the basic looks (color scheme) of the display .. I thought I did when the display went to he horrendous red theme but don't find any way to see what improvements to the color if any have taken place..I switched to the silver mode as it was listed ?

I miss that ability too, Glenn. I used the silver theme back before this recent change, and sure wish I could use it again.

I just don't know what all this complaining is about? I have been told that change is good and even when change is not needed change is good!!!!

Now, gather around boys and girls I've got a story to tell you about change.....

Like Justashooter's post about the XDTalk Forums....they've got a good layout.

Another forum I....uh...."visit" a lot is the "Home Distillers Forum"....not a gun forum by any means  but their forum has a decent layout....(along with being interesting, but that's just me).
