Recently, Columbus held an outdoor food truck festival downtown. The following sign was posted at the entrance. Is it legitimate?

Was this on the downtown streets? No, it's not if it was.

It wasn't directly on the street, just in the Columbus Commons park. But I thought carrying in a park was legal?

I always tell folks to avoid that "festival" like the plague. Not only because of the "please come and shoot up the place" signs, but there are other asinine rules around that park too. Such as, you can only buy a drink from the permanent vendor in the park, and Pepsi only. The food trucks can't even sell you a water.

There was an enterprising young man across the street selling bottled water for 50 cents a bottle. By all signs, he made a lot of money.
