If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.

I've been spit balling an idea with the Fire Chief (my boss) and Police Chief lately: A sign out in front of our safety services building which shows "Days without a heroin overdose call" or maybe "Number of tax dollars spent on heroin overdose incidents this year".

They seem pained by how politically incorrect this kind of statement would be seen by some, but neither of them have to run for office. I don't know what they're afraid of.

"I have decided not to vote, speak in public, assemble in groups or petition my government either directly or by writing to the newspapers.

Some ignorant person may become alarmed, and we can't have that.''

Something that just struck me about the title of this thread.
Or could it possibly be the other way around?
