Post subject: Arizona interstate firearms compact law
Post Posted: Wed Apr 15, 2015 2:23 pm
Arizona has a proposed law (AZ HB2431) before its legislature that would limit itself from allowing gun control legislation greater than federal law. From the article this is in response to what happened in Washington State with Bloomberg funded initiative i594 that was passed via ballot initiative. Basically in order for this to work Arizona would have to enter into a compact with at least one other state. Any chance the BFA leadership could get something like this proposed here in Ohio?
