Deputies: Fla. man stabs brother after fight over missing mac and cheese, spilled beer
ASSOCIATED PRESS

DELTONA, Fla. — Authorities say two Florida brothers got into a tussle over missing macaroni and cheese that ended with one stabbing the other in the stomach.

Volusia County Sheriff's deputies say 47-year-old Edward Zipperer spilled a beer belonging to his 49-year-old brother Randy Zipperer while looking for the missing mac and cheese. That set off an argument inside the Deltona home that led to the older brother stabbing the younger one.

According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, Randy Zipperer told deputies he didn't mean to hurt his brother, adding he just "poked him a little with the knife."

That man really loves his mac and cheese.

Seems like such a small thing but it happens all the time, small things snow ball.

It is such a pity that people are becoming so aggressive over small issues that they are ready to kill each other for negligible reasons. I prefer to stay away from such mess. I carry my loaded gun but I look very pleasant and happy-go-lucky person.

Small issue????? This is about mac and cheese. How could you ever think mac and cheese to be a small issue. I'm just beside myself.....You need to get your priorities readjusted. We are talking about mac and cheese.

Wonder if the brothers shared that home? If so, the stabber could catch a domestic violence charge, conviction of which could end his right to own/buy/possess firearms forever.

Mac and cheese could not be any issue. I think it would be egoism. Anger can destroy anything - anybody. I'm also a gun holder, and so I keep my cool by doing meditation every day. There are many people who simply get hyper over little things. And some people don't ever care if you slap them in front of everybody.
