That will do it - though the picture might not be necessary depending on the county & whether or not you have applied there before.

Also, check with them ahead of time to make sure you have a method of payment they will accept. Some take cash, some don't, etc.

1stMarDiv:

The Attorney General's web site had one.

Or you can look on the Columbiana County web site.

(Sorry, I don't have the URL's handy.)

Columbiana didn't require a picture, and told us (went with a buddy) to not worry about the "dates" thing.

However, most counties consider a renewal that's from another county as a new app. Not a heck of a lot of a difference but they seem to require a picture.

(New Castle PA - can't think of the county name - treats a renewal as a new app if it's from some other county, and calls the references! My new license - just renewed in OH - is good in PA, so I may not want to bother with PA again. Couple weeks to go :) .)

Wood county, btw, should have some info on their web site, if they have one, and maybe a copy of the application, too. Most of the sheriff's have gotten decent web support since I started this in 2004.

Regards,

Stu

I haven't found a fillable PDF for the new form, but there are websites that can make a PDF fillable, do a Google search and I bet you can find one that will work.

I downloaded one from Clermont Co., which is where I apply and renew anyhow. They require exact change if you use cash; nearest bank is a mile away.
